Busy signal after rebooting Audix

Hi,

I had to reboot AUDIX system (SF release 5.1-39) and now I'm getting a busy signal each time I dial voice mail. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you/

Did you try an login in at the first login prompt?

No, i waited for it to complete the sequence. It said start up complete and on screeen before all the tests showed passed

when you status the ports in Audix do they say there in-serv

in the PBX is the link up?

PBX link was down. Got it reestablished. rebooted the system again. All is back to normal. Thank you.
