Busy Not Available Reason Codes

Hi,
In IPO Manager, System/CCR tab.
I have configured required texts to indicate the appropriate status when agents want to indicate Busy NA without logging off.
I configured a short code for 'Start After Call Work' but i dont see how agents will further specify their reason code.
It is only 54xx series phones, no phone manager pro.
How do i configure this?

I think you are confusing BNA with DND

ACW and DND are two different things.
with a CCR Agent DND is called "Break" and this is where the Reason Codes come into play.

What i need to do is - indicate reason why is he/she not available while still being logged in.
Say, for example, an agent would want to do this for a quick huddle with his team, bio-break, etc.
So, how are the reason codes in System/CCR tab actually used?
There is a short code 'Start ACW' but how do you select the REason Code?
 
But how?
I can find DNDOn/Off in emulation...
