In IPO Manager, System/CCR tab.
I have configured required texts to indicate the appropriate status when agents want to indicate Busy NA without logging off.
I configured a short code for 'Start After Call Work' but i dont see how agents will further specify their reason code.
It is only 54xx series phones, no phone manager pro.
How do i configure this?
