I have a user asking for a key on her phone that not only acts as a busy lamp key, but can also be used as an autodial for the same station. Is there such a key? I know how to configure each on its own, but I was not aware of a single key that did both. System is G3R, Software Ver. 2.01.

Thanks in advance,

Scott M.

busy-ind XXXX.
Busy Indication: indicates the busy or idle status of an extension, trunk group, terminating extension group
(TEG), hunt group, or loudspeaker paging zone. Users can press the busy-ind button to dial the specified extension. You can assign this button to any lamp button and must specify which Trunk or extension the user wants to monitor.

Thanks. I have spent so much time in my former life as a Nortel installer that I never imagined the key would do both. I guess next time I will RTFM!!

Thanks for your quick response,

Scott
