I have a customer that would like to have an application that could dial a number and, if busy, keep trying until it becomes available - and at that time present the call back to them.

Anyone know of a 3rd party application that can do this?

Some telcos have this ability or feature, it would probably require the call to be placed from a DID, or private trunk, and may require that the call remain open on the ext.
