BusObj Add-in For All Users?

Is it possible to enable an add-in for all users. I noticed that it puts a reg key under HKCU\Software\BusObj\BusObj\5.0\UserName\..\..\..\Options\Addin

Is there a generic location, say under HKLM that would make it available to everyone.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\BusinessObjects\5.0\BusObj General Preferences\busobj\Options\AddIn
