First off you need to put it in a quicktime, .avi, etc file format. But you are going to have to compress the heck out of it to fit onto the cd. A cd only holds about 600 to 800 megs of info. If you save the file in sorenso compression it will reduce the size dramatically but not enough. Your best bet is to bring it into dvd studio pro and burn it on dvd....
