Building a "meet me" vector? 1

Could anyone give me the steps to build a simple Vector for a 6 extension "meet me"? We have 1000 did range using 3 flet-paths on our G3si V11. The customer wants to have employees that are at school, or on the road be able to call in to the bridge at a set time. We have no Operator or 800 sevice, so each person would be calling in direct.
