Can some help with me with building a fax mailbox. We currently have Callpilot 2.02 with Fax capabilities. We have a group that wants to have a fax mailbox to recieve faxes and then print them off at their discretion.

There are 2 ways of doing that.

1. Build a phantom 500 port in the pbx and dcfw it to the cdn that is set up in callpilot as multimedia, not voice. Then put that number in the users mailbox or by itself and use desktop messaging to print out the faxes.

2. Use either a dummy acd or phantom to forward the number to callpilot via the voice cdn and put the number in the SDN table pointed to a menu built in application builder that is built as express fax messaging to a mailbox.

I am sure there are more ways to do it but those are the 2 most common way that i have seen, hope this helps
