Building a bridge

I have a 3Com Office Connect 511 ISDN router. Sits on my network and works fine.

I have another one that sits at home. In the configuration I can manually dial up the office and then I can communicate no problem, get into Exchange, my files and so on. I can then disconnect by issuing a cancel call command in the configuration.

I need to get this automated so that whenever you want something from the office it dials. I'm using bridging.
