Building a 1140e

Im trying to build a TN for a 1140e IP phone but it gives a sch code when trying to build as type 1140 I've tried IPACD aswell and when we input the TN into the phone we get a invalid type on the switch.

Do 1140e need to be built as something else.

Clarification to tnjwinters' response:
- on CS 1000 3.0/4.0/4.5, they are programmed as "i2004"
- on CS 1000 5.0 or later, they are programmed as "1140
