Customer wants key 1 through key 5 to be appearances of other ext to monitor and also be able to answer if needed.....should these be "BFS" or "SCR" or ??????

SCR it's Ok and more simple ,BFS is more complex and you can take control over extension monitored , but if you want make change in extension you need firs remove BFS.

I would go with SCR's. They are easier to work with. If you accidently press the BFS key, I believe that forwards the line. Something to try!
