I have a brand new Nortel switch and have been through about 3 weeks of training, so bear with me. We have a 1000M with CCM 6.0. I keep getting this BUG4269 message when getting into my switch. I have looked it up and found that it is an IDC translation that failed. Is there a way to find out what number is hitting the table and causing the problem?

it's not the number hitting it's the output side.. how big is your idc table? ld 49 prt idc.. dial the numbers on the output side or prt those dn's.. your getting a match on the input side, the output can't find it's target.. it may be in the switch and blocked via a trunk to trunk

I called all the outgoing CDNs and they all worked. I also get an err4120 which lists as Invalid Digit received by IDC. Can I call the numbers listed on the IDC table and check to make sure they all work?
