BUG4216 errors on 1 TN every few minutes.

Heya

I got BUG4216 errors spitting out about twice every 15 minutes for a single TN. I did a quick search here and seen others say to check for clicking but I aint hearing any in the cabinets.

What could be causing this?

I also out'd the TN and rebuilt it but no different. Its been doing this since the midnight routine so about 7 hours now or so...
