BUG101 message

Can anyone supply a clue as to what is causing this BUG message? The manual sez "ACTIVECR points to an address not in CR range, Station TN, SSDKEY, KEYLINK, (packed) Procedure GET_KEYLINK". We are running an 81C with all the latest upgrades.

Do you have other messages like AUD 0017,0018 or BUG2099 at the same time?

Do you have symposium, callpilot etc?

We use CallPilot for our voicemail.
