I keep getting this error, and have ZERO idea how to fix it.

8851 is the CDN, it points to ACD 2500.

I have people logged in to catch calls and still get this error.

Any help would be appreciated

A patch for the pbx that fixes this problem that you're having. Either your vendor or Nortel will have to install the patch into your PBX.
