Bug with .net and flash

Hi, my friend has built a small program which loads a Flash movie. The problem is that everytime I try to run it, it crashes. Any .NET application that uses Flash, it will crash. I have no problems with vb6 and flash however.

Config: XP x64, .net framework 2.0 x64

Any idea?
