I'm getting the following bug errors on Option11c after manual ini. The reason for the ini was complaints that phones were not forwarding or forwarding to the wrong place. The ini fixed the issues but gave me the following errors on boot.

BUG6341 ssDrv: Resource acquisition error, task = %s, resource = %s, ID = %p, errno =
%s.
Action: Manual INI. If the problem persists contact your technical support group.

BUG6348 Flash write failure, task = %s, errno = %x, address = %p, data = %X, flash = %X.

BUG6352 ssDrv: erroneous condition detected

My question is do I need to contact vendor?

can you datadump? if so, I would ini the system

Phonz1...I could try a datadump....this switch is at a remote location, so it will have to be tomorrow. But do you think the Bug6348 error means I have a bad flash drive? Guess the only way to find out is to try.

It's Release 25, Issue 40. I will try a datadump tomorrow. What do you think about the other 2 bug errors?

I did a datadump and then did a manual ini and got the same errors. Guess I will call the vendor and see what they say.
Naturally it's way out of warranty.

that's the best way to proceed, there is something in there, although BUG's are informational messages, you could turn them off if you wanted to, sometimes they're just an annoyance to an average user

I guess we will live with the bug errors...no money to pay the vendor. How do you turn off the BUGS?

Don't turn those off. They can be important, and you may get some you need to act upon.

Let me ask you this question.

Can you afford to have your phone system down for 1HR or a Day??

You take the risk, you live with the results.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
