option 11 owner will have to chime in, but low & hi ib buffers appear lower to me, but maybe norm for option 11

Thanks for the info

What i have done is out and rebuilt the phone on 28 0 0 12 which is the tn that comes up with the bug msg, i will see if that makes a difference when the agent is using it today.
