Btrightstor ArcServe v9 Exchange Agent

Hi to all

I have 1 machine with win 2k SP3 and exchange 2k.

I'm havin troubles with the exchange agent.

No problems in backing up Information Store.

When i try a brick Level Backup ... it crashes
When i run the job manualy it takes a long time but no errors , when i schedule a job i get the job on hold and the result crashed.

No erros on the log , it always hangs in diferent mailboxes .... i dont´t understand...

I disabled the Anti Virus that could be the problem but no luck.

Can anyone help ?

I'm not sure if it is the same software as Arcserve2000 exchange agent, but I had to apply the latest service packs and patches for Arcserve2000 and Exchange Agent to resolve such problems with my Arcserve 2000.
 
There is a service pack 4 for Brightstor to download on support.ca.com website.
