I have a customer who has 3 x alog lines. Line 1 from BT gives ring tone no reply (RTNR). A second or third call rings the system. Call on line 1 doesnt show on call status, but Monitor shows ATMIO3:Block fwd off
BT say its not them, but moving lines round on the system gives same result ie 1st line is RTNR. I am unable to locate BT NTTP at this time.
