BSR Polling Problem

I'm connecting an R3V11 and an R3V7 using DCS and ISDN trunks. I'm using BSR to distribute calls to the ACDs, but when the switches poll the other, the information is not returning back to the original switch. When I do a trace on the remote switch, I can see it polling properly, but in the originating switch, I see "No data returned from poll". I think there may be something on my trunk group not set properly, but I can't figure out what it is.
I have UUI IE set to shared on both sides.
