BSOD but sometimes no text, sometimes with STOP codes.

Sometimes when in the middle of playing game, my screen suddenly turns blue without any text displayed. I have to reset to go back. But sometimes I get a STOP message like;

I don't think it is a video card temps or cpu temps as I did run the 3DMark03 and did a complete benchmark without any BSOD. Did run the Sisoft Sandra Burn-in for 30 minutes without BSOD.

I'm lost, please help.

There could be one of several problems. If you Google the error messages you will get a ton of hits

Rhombus65, thank for your reply. I think I got it. I replaced my mem stick (Kingston HyperX 512MB) and the BSOD and blue screen disappeared, for now. I am still doing some test (memtest86) and see what happens. Thanks again.
