Browsing Lan, Win2K machines dont show 'comment' like Win98 does

If I set a Win98 machine to be shared, I can set the machine comment, so for instance, I have a Win98 PC called W98 and I can set a comment so when browsing the machines on the LAN I can not only see the machine name but also a comment regarding that machine.
But WHERE do I set this information on a Win2000 machine (server OR workstation), so if I browse my network and ensure that I am set to Detailed View, I can see machine names AND the comment attached to the machine (for instance, a machine with the description of where it is located in the building and its owner.
 
Start->Run->net config server /SRVCOMMENT:"òåêñò"

Computer Management (Administrative tools or right click on My Computer & select manage). Then right click on Computer Management (Local) and select properties. Then Network Identification tab. Type what you want in description box.
