BRowser slow loadoing

HEy guys,

I am running Windows XP PRo, snd unlike the other pc's in this company, this one seems to load slow when i access the internet. This pc is a network pc in the company. My question is there any way to tweak the speed of load time? When i connect on other boxes, the internet zips through and that little blue bar loads the page. This box is a P4 3.20 GHz processor, 1 GB Ram, 120 GB HD.

Someone please let me know some tweaks that may help. I already did a system cleanup. I really don't think it needs defragmenting.

I had the same issue last week, turned out to be spyware related. Download the MS Antispyware and try running a scan.

Download hijackthis from the link below. Extract to desktop or prefered folder. Open and choose do a system scan and save a logfile. Post the logfile on here and dont attempt to fix anything unless you know what your doing as most items are legit.
