Browser Bar

When I clear my history from the settings area I go back to the browser bar and type a letter and there are still items showing as historical searches. how do I clear these items if a normal delete history does not clear this.

A better question for the Browser Issues forum, but clear your autocomplete. Tools, Internet Options, Content, Autocomplete, uncheck all boxes, clear Forms, clear passwords.

Try doing everything

Tool, Internet Options, General Tab

Delete files, (include offline content)

Clear Histroy.

Copntent tab, Autocomplete, Clear forms. "Amicule, num is sum qui mentiar tibi?"
