Browser Appearance

NEWBIE QUESTION

Is there any way to change the appearance of the browser in PHP or HTML (NOT Javascript - it's turned off in our environment). Specifically, I'd like to lose the toolbars and menu if possible.

Nope, only with JavaScript, and only when using JavaScript to open a window.
