brother MFC 9200c color scanning problem

Anyone running this multi-function printer with Windows 2000 SP2? If so are you able to scan in color? My system thinks it's a black and white only scanner.

My only choices for Image Color Type are variations of black and white. I've updated the driver for the scanner with the latest Win2K driver from Brother, but still have only black and white choices and can't find a way to change it to color.

Any help greatly appreciated.
