Does anybody know of a way to prevent selected subscribers from receiving a broadcast message on a Definity Audix v3.2?

Thanks.

Chris

Rather than use the broadcast message feature, the company I work for is using a mailing list in a voice mail box. This was something I inherited from the previous TelCo person here but it seems to do the trick. Each Dept has a box assigned to them, and I maintain the list of users in each one. If a message is intended for everyone, it is sent to AllStaff, if it is only intended for people in the office, it goes to another, etc. This requires some time to set them up, but other than tha, it works well.

Thanks for the reply.

That's what they were using before, but the high turnover rate in a call center environment makes maintaining the list difficult. That's why we decided to go with the broadcast.

They just told me that there is another business unit there that does not need to receive the messages. There are only about 4 people, so it's not a big deal, but I thought I would check it out.

Thanks again.

btw.. cool tag-line!
