Hmmm, I'm not sure what is going on here.
Single domain, 2 x Win2k DC, handful of win2k clients.
I have been successfully using a broadband router between 3 clients, set up as a gateway (192.168.0.17) pointed at in Network settings on the respective machines. DNS server is our DC (192.168.0.1) with forwarders for the broadband ISP set up correctly.
Now, when I try to set up other clients to have their gateway settings point at our ISDN router (192.168.0.16), they appear to connect to the web/email etc but then the clients using the broadband router stop connecting/pinging outside. When I then unplug the ISDN router from the ISDN line so no connection can be made, the broadband clients seem to connect OK again, usually if I do an ipconfig /renew command.
I'm not sure what's going on, or if there's a correct way to set up two separate gateways on a win2k network that I'm missing? Forwarders for both IPs are set up in the DNS settings on the server.
Any ideas where to start on this one?
Thanks
Dan
