I suspect that answer to this is NO but I will try anyway.

There is a Report I am creating where Company Info is displayed with List of Representatives.

I am asked to click on each Representative and it will open up a new Report per Representative with nearly as much info as for the Company. Is this possible in Crystal10?

I am seeing it as stand alone Utility not Crystal Report.

Thanks a lot

Thanks Idomillet, I was just wondering what is 'on demand' will do? Thanks

Insert a linked subreport into the Main report. Use the Wizard to create the subreport (or use an existing report), and link it to the Main report by representative name or number (whatever matches). Finish the subreport, and return to the main report design window.

Select the subreport, right click and select Format Subreport. In the Subreport tab, check the "On-demand subreport" box (You could do this when you first inserted the subreport). Then click the conditional format button (X-2) next to "On-demand subreport caption." Select the field name for representative as your subreport "caption."

When you run the report, the rep's name will show up as a hyperlink where the subreport should be. When you click on the name, it will open a tab (like a drill-down tab) with the subreport in it. You can also customize the "Subreport preview tab caption" in the Format Subreport window.
