Brightstore V9.0 for Windows

We have installed Brightstore V9.0, was working ok...We have also recently installed Diskkeeper Version 8.0.. The Server was running fine, however after a reboot Brightstore now comes up with the following error:

Server xxxxx failed to authenticate user caroot (EC=-1)

When we installed Brightstore we did not set a password for caroot left it blank... Dose anybody know/seen this how do we fix it???????
 
Have tried this but it says Auth Module is not running?????

 
I have done that already.... I have been on the phone to CA and they have tried everything! in the end they advised that we have to do a complete reinstall......
