Brightstor Exchange agent error E8602

We are using the Brightstor Exchange agent to backup an Exchnage 2000 server. When doing the brick level backup we recieve the following error on one mailbox.

E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=\\Server1:\Individual Mailboxes\User Name\Inbox, EC=FS1:Backup Agent Error -- (366) "Failed to open a folder".)

We have also noticed that we are not able to display the folders under the inbox in the backup selection window. I have found articles about similar problems with public folders related to security. I have checked the security of this users mailbox and it appears to be correct.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please note all other mailboxes backup correctly.

Hi that link brings up a search page and the top item talks about public folders. I had seen that article but it does not apply to my situation. Do you have the documnet number for the article you were refering to?

Actually, that list of articles was what I meant...

However, I've done some further searches on the CA Open Forums:




None of them seem to have any clear solutions, however.

I'll keep looking!
