BrightStor EB and Netware servers

Anyone out there using BrightStor Enterprise Backup 10 or 10.5 to backup Netware 4.x and 5.x servers? We are having a terrible time getting our backups. Seems like the only way I can get a backup is to use the ARcserve agents...not the BEB agents. Anyone have suggestions?

I am backing up several Groupwise servers with the BEB 10.5 agents and having 0 problems. Be sure to use the latest agents and OFA.

If you refer to slowness...

We had to change Full Duplex to Half Duplex on the NetWare server for the nic.

Before we reached an unacceptable 2.5MB/min. during restore and backup, after changing to Half Duplex we reached 300MB/min.

From CA we were notified that some drivermodules for NetWare are not that compatible with NetWare agents. You either change Full to Half Duplex, or try an update for your driver, or change the NIC.
