Bridged appearance questions 1

Is there a limit as to how many phones you can have bridged appearance of one extension ?

I thought you could only have six: the main extension number (eg 2234) could appear on six other phones on their bridged appearance.

Or is the no limit as to how many phones can have a bridged appearance for the same extension ?

It is going to depend on the type system that you have and the version of software that you are running. I found something in one of my older maintenance books that states that g3r v3 can run 15. One word of caution. We exceeded that limit once and it was a nightmare to fix. I had to do a reset system 1. The software upgraded it to a reset system 2. You know, blinking speaker lights, lost calls, in the middle of the day for about 5000 stations. NOT GOOD. If you find any mistakes, please consider that they are there for a purpose. And everyone needs a purpose.

It's 64 for all R8 R,i,csi. Definity 1 is limited to 26. -CL
