Bridged appearance keys not always working lately...

I have a client that several 1432 phones and bm32 keypads for each desk. Each button on it is a bridged appearance key for another user. So any user can pick up anyone elses call including when the other person is on the call. They used this so they can all conference into a call if needed. This has been working fine for 2yrs. Suddenly in the last 2 months...it works sporatically. there are times when the bridged appearance keys dont light up on the other users Bm32s and they cant pickup or join in. Seems to be happening 50% of the time. No programming has been changed since the first day the system was installed. any ideas??

Given the switch a reboot?

Also, to cut down on the number of buttons, why not create some pickup groups instead?

did several reboots. We did bridged appearance keys as this was the easiest way for them to join calls and similar to their previous system. Like i said, it has been working flawlessly for 2yrs until recently.
