Bridged appearance getting constant busy signal 3

Just took over a S8720 with G650 media gateway at a Govt Call Center facility. Current release is 4.0 They have 10 dispatcher positions with 4420 phones with an eu24 assigned. We have a nationwide toll free emergency number that rings here to the Call Center. (Local number is 0044) we have an X extension 0044 bridged appearance appearing on all dispatch positions 10 times on the EU24's. First 9 positions on all phones get dialtone when you access the button.,10th position
ALWAYS gets a busy signal. We have removed and reprogrammed the bridged appearance, unplugged and plugged back in all phones, thinking maybe it was just hung., no avail. We CAN NOT reset the system., as this is a CRITICAL Govt facility and they cannot be out of service.
If anyone has ANY ideas, I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!!

What if you move the extensions around on the ports in question?

Are they all on the same line card?

Could it be something silly like a mismatch in a COR/COS/Tenant thing on the 10th phone where it might not have the privileges to bridge on to that appearance?

Bridged appearances can be a lot of fun. I mean, you might have some translation corruption that you need fixed via reboot or a talented corruption engineer, but there's 101 things to look at first.

A reset is unlikely to be needed, but that being said if it's critical I'd hope you also have a duplex + ESS setup at minimum.

Does station 0044 have x10 call-appr buttons? If so, add an 11th and see if you have trouble then. If so, it's likely to do with the Reserve Last Appearance option on the station.

Could you also post a list tra stat 0044 and try and pick up the 10th line? How about a list trace of station #10 when you try to pick up the line? These are the best starting point for most CM phone issues.
