Bridged appearance does not ring 1

Not sure if this can be answered with limited info but here goes:

I have 6 ACD phones set up for bdr-appr to the same main extension. All six use button 6 on CMV phones and all flash when the main number rings. Only three of the six will actually make the ringing noise and the other three will not, they just simply flash on the assigned button.

All the phones appear the same config so why are three of them not physically ringing?
