BRI to BRI communicates only one way

(2) 2611 routers
router 1- 2 Bri interfaces
router 2- 1 Bri interfaces

router 2 cannot call router 1
router 1 can call router 2 and establish connection
 
- it could be that you misstyped the number in dialer string on router2
- do you have dedicated ISDN lines? if not you need to configure on what number the router takes a call (isdn-answer1 <number>)

The following Debug output might help:
DEBUG DIALER
DEBUG PPP AUTH
DEBUG PPP NEG
(don't forget TERM MON if connected via Telnet)

If this doesn't help, post more details (configs and debug outputs).
