Break out 6 lines for Video Conf

I have a customer who would like to break out six lines on a PRI for video backup lines. They have analog spots available on the system. Do they simply assign lines to analog ports? How do they assign ISDN type lines? SPIDS?

The only way you can assign ISDN lines is if your telephone switch has the capability. Most companies that I know of bring in seperate ISDN Lines for the video conference units. I programmed one switch many years ago for ISDN spids off the PBX. It was not a pleasant experience.
