Break down a large image to several small ones 1

I have a large image for a web page that I would like to breakdown into about 16 separate images and put them in a table and have them appear as one large image again on the web page.

Is there an easier way to do this then just copying each section into a new image?

Yes, import it into Adobe Imageready and use the slicing tool. Then export it. It is really as easy as that.

I set guidelines where I want the slices to appear then use the 'slice along guidelines' feature. » » » » » »
