BPC/Fenton powerpal UPS manual

Hi,

I have aquired a BPC powerpal 420 (exactly the same as a fenton powerpal) and am now looking for a manual, mainly because it dosn't apear to work as expected. Google searches have provided nothing as yet.

Any help on my quest for the manual would be much appreciated.
