Is there any proxy management in this box? Increasingly, the internet access is getting slower and slower. We have 1.2+ MB for less then 100 users yet loading yahoo is like painting the screen!!!

It's only missing the very last service pack and it's on a PIII/500 MB DELL poweredge. One thing, which I find stange is that it is setup for 20GB of proxy space!!!
