Hi, recently one of our customers voice mail crashed. I hooked up the keyboard and mouse and saw it was a hard disk error (of course). So now I need a boot disk to run the backpack. Does anyone know how to create one from the docs & software cd that came with the unit. The cd is a 4.0 and I've read in a post that the boot disk is in a folder on the cd somewhere but WHERE? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
