I use the current manual that is used for the training class.
Cisco Enterprise Management Solutions Volume 1 by Michael Wynston
Hardcover - 400 pages 1st edition Vol 1 (January 15, 2001)
Cisco Press; ISBN: 1587050064 ; Dimensions (in inches): 1.30 x 9.40 x 7.63
There is a newer edition coming out in 2002 by the same guy.
