Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good book for programming PivotTables using VBA ? I am struggling with the little Microsoft documentation there is, and I am hoping that someone out there has made I book about it.

I am losing hair fast!!!

Yours hopefully

Chris.

don't know of any that cater for pivottables specifically. John Wlakenbach's books are good but as I say - not pivottable specific. To be honest - best bet is to record yourself making changes and review the code

I think that V BA and Macros for Microsoft Excel by Bill Jelen was not to bad on its chapter about vba and pivot tables. You even get examples when you get the book.

Timely

Chris,

You might want to check out Pivot Table Data Crunching by Bill Jelen & Michael Alexander. I think this is a relatively new book. Available on Amazon.

Mike
