Book List problem

Would anyone be able to clarify how I would bring together seven separate files (Chapters) together into the one publication? Do I need to use Book List and then Build Booklet? Or just one. When I use Utilities - Book it merely prints them out in consecutive page numbers but it doesn't tie the files together in one document.

The book feature does not tie all the separate chapters into one file. That would actually bloat the file and could increase the chances of file corruption, which is the main reason for working with smaller chapters. The book feature (different from 'build booklet') only links all the separate chapters together so that your table of contents and your index will be linked.
When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
