BO won't install on server

While attempting to install Business objects on our Windows 2000 server (we essentially want to run Infoview on our intranet), I get an error saying that our OS needs to be updated. Is this a common problem? I ran windows update and I still receive this error. I'm not sure what to try next. Does anyone have any ideas?

is there any webi installed in that server?

No, there is not.
Oracle was upgraded, but does not have business objects installed.

WebI MUST be installed on a server with a Web Server existing. Make sure you are on at Windows 2000 SP3.
