I need a help. In BCMS real time report (PBX), of split/skill, Im having problem as fallows, the "% Within Service Level:" field show "downing" size, whith availeble agents. The "Acceptable Service Level" for this split/skill is 30s and every call are answered in time less then this.
What happen ?
Does anybody help me ?
