Hi,
I am Technology Coordinator for a public library system. I am in the process of installing Encarta Encyclopedia Deluxe 2001 on brand new Gateway E-series computers. Each computer has Windows NT 4.0 as operating system, McAfee VirusScan and pcAnywhere 9.0. All installed software on the machines is Microsoft.

Here are the top two lines of a blue screen I received when I tried to open Encarta 2001 after installation. If more information is needed I can send it.

Stop: 0x0000000A(0x01000000, 0x0000000C, 0x00000001, 0x800143FA)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL xxx Address 800143fa has base at 80010000 - hal.dll

Help! Any suggestions.
